Sol Roth – the CEO of Pure Solutions Consulting has over 30 years of hands on experience in general management and operations of large scale catering operations of medium to high end standard. Sol is a Internationally trained Executive Chef from Johnson & Wales University. Over the years Sol has managed many operations including Silver Caterers, Catering by Michael Schick and Lederman Caterers. The range of knowledge in many different cultures and styles of food, as well as access to educational components from many great chefs. Sol has developed a skill in presentation with the ability to execute it in large-scale.
